Keeping Everyone Safe
If you are not feeling well or exhibiting fever, cough or shortness of breath, we ask that you return to the property once you are feeling better. We appreciate your efforts to practice safety for everyone’s well being.

Cleaning & Sanitization
We’ve increased the frequency of property-wide cleaning and disinfecting — with extra focus on high-touch surfaces and public spaces such as the front desk, door handles, public bathrooms, railings, tables, dining areas, pens, and room keys. These stringent measures extend to all guest rooms as well as all back of house areas and all shared equipment.  We have worked closely with our sanitation companies to ensure the appropriate chemicals are used. Our restaurant teams have implemented new precautionary measures in every aspect of food preparation, set-up, and service. This includes frequent disinfection of all kitchen surfaces every hour as well as all colleagues wearing masks and gloves when preparing, plating, and serving dishes.

Hand Hygiene, Masks, & Gloves
On Arrival, we ask that you use the hand sanitizer provided throughout the hotel.  To respect the safety and wellbeing of guests and staff, we are following the local guidelines that require a face covering to be worn by everyone in all public spaces, except when eating or drinking. In addition, we have instructed our staff to practice more frequent hand washing as this is one of the most important steps in preventing the spread of viruses. Hand sanitizers are readily available for our guests and our staff members throughout the hotel.

Social Distancing
We have changed the layout in our dining and public areas to ensure appropriate social distancing as currently required.  Our team members will practice physical distancing wherever possible and we ask for your cooperation in doing the same for the safety of all. Please refrain from gathering in groups of 6 or more.

Guest Rooms & Guest Room Dining
We are currently following the current recommendations and guidelines provided by the Center for Disease Control including a minimum of 24 hours before we turn a room. Daily housekeeping service is available and will be provided upon request.  Please make sure to opt in or opt out at the time of check-in or pre-arrival. For our guests who opt out, we will provide and/or deliver any essential or requested items to your door.   Room service orders will be delivered to the door and touchless menus will be available.

Outdoor Dining – Cafe Amici
Please note our outdoor patio is open for daily dinner service from 5.30-9.30pm. Our indoor dining room is temporarily closed. We invite you to come and join us for classic Italian dining at Cafe Amici.  Please make sure to check our current hours of operation as they may vary and change.  We will continue to provide takeout, delivery and curbside options.  We request advance reservations for all dining so we may provide you with the most comfortable experience possible. Contact information for each party will be collected either at the time of reservation booking or on site to allow for contact tracing should this be required. We also invite you to follow us on Facebook/Instagram and sign up for our mailing list so we can keep you informed of special events and offerings.  In accordance with the LA County guidelines, we must limit the number of guests at a single table to 6 persons.  We ask that our dining guests self-park until we resume normal valet operations. 

Touchless Options
We have updated our current technology to provide touchless ordering and payment including QR coded menus. Our preference is to encourage touchless options in order to minimize shared contact. We prefer to minimize the use or cash transactions.

Parking and Other Amenities and Services
At this time, we are not offering valet parking, guests are welcome to self park in our onsite hotel spaces. The constant updates to city, state, and national safety measures may affect our ability to provide certain services and amenities which may differ with what is listed online.
