The safety and well being for all of our guests and staff is our highest priority. For this reason, we have implemented new precautionary and sanitization standards across our property as outlined below.  These guidelines are in accordance with the Los Angeles County Public Health Department and the Center for Disease Control.  Please note, our hotel is also certified CLEAN +SAFE by the California Hotel and Lodging Association. We thank you for your patience as we adapt to these new ways of living and look forward to welcoming you back soon!

Clean and Safe Certified

Keeping Everyone Safe  If you are exhibiting symptoms of Covid-19 such as fever, cough or shortness of breath, we ask that you visit the hotel once you are feeling better. We appreciate your efforts to practice safety for everyone’s well being.  Our team members will be doing the same. 

Masks To respect the safety and wellbeing of everyone,  we required that all guests and staff members appropriately wear face coverings in all public areas of the hotel, except when eating or drinking.  

Hand Hygiene Hand washing is one of the most important steps in preventing the spread of viruses which is why our staff has been instructed to practice more frequent handwashing.  We  request that our guests wash their hands on arrival and use the hand sanitizers provided throughout the hotel.  

Social Distancing We have reconfigured the furniture layout in our dining and public areas to be compliant with social distancing.  Our team members will practice physical distancing wherever possible and we ask for your cooperation in maintaining a 6 foot distance for the safety of all.   

Cleaning & Sanitation  We have increased the frequency of property-wide cleaning and disinfecting with extra focus on high-touch surfaces and public spaces such as the front desk, elevator, door handles, public bathrooms, railings, tables, dining areas, pens, and room keys. These stringent measures extend to all guest rooms as well as all back of house areas and shared equipment.  We have worked closely  with our sanitation companies to ensure the appropriate chemicals are used. Our restaurant teams have implemented new precautionary measures in every aspect of food preparation, set-up, and service. This includes frequent disinfection of all kitchen surfaces every hour as well as all staff members wearing masks and gloves when preparing, plating, and serving dishes.

Guest Rooms Housekeeping service is available upon request and only when guests are not present in the room. Please ensure to advise the front desk reception pre-arrival or upon check-in regarding your housekeeping preferences. Requested amenities may be delivered to your door. Parties are now allowed in any guest room and there is a maximum of 4 guests per room.  During Covid-19, only registered hotel guests are allowed in the guestrooms. Smoking and vaping are not permitted in the guest rooms, patios or rood,  there is a designated smoking area outside in front of the main lobby entrance.  Room service is not available at this time, however you may enjoy our indoor and outdoor dining areas which are socially distanced.

Dining Reservations and Outdoor Seating  We are currently providing outdoor dining in our lovely patio areas. Please make sure to check our current hours of operation as they may vary or call Cafe Amici at 310-858-0271 for specific restaurant inquiries. We will continue to provide takeout, delivery and curbside options including your favorite Cafe Amici cocktails and wine list.  Due to limited outdoor seating capacity, reservations are strongly encouraged.  We are unable to hold your table for longer than 15 minutes and thank you for your understanding. Currently, reservations are limited to no more than 6 people who are members of one household in accordance with the local mandate.  Our preference is to have the entire party present in order to seat everyone at once. 

Events and Meetings If you would like to inquire about private dining options or a future event, please email cafeamici@hotelbeverlyterrace.com or call us directly at 310.838.7326. At this time, no events or gatherings are permitted for more than 6 people. If you are interested in renting space for a film or photoshoot, our spaces are available to accommodate. 

Touchless Options  We have updated our current technology to provide touchless menus with QR codes.  We encourage credit card payments (no cash) in order to minimize  shared contact. 

Guest Information  Contact information for each party will be collected either at the time of reservation or on site to allow for contact tracing should this be required. 

Pet Policy At this time, pet friendly rooms are available upon request for pets up to 20 lbs.  A non-refundable $125 pet cleaning fee will be applied in addition to your room charges. 

Parking, Amenities and Other Services At this time, we are not offering valet and recommend using self-parking on a first come first serve basis. Constant updates to city, state, and national safety measures will affect our ability to provide certain services and amenities which may differ with what is listed online. We appreciate your understanding and patience with these adjustments.  Please call or email us for the most up-to-date information and let us know if there is anything we can do before, during, or after your stay to make it more pleasant.
